Cottonwoods Canyons Coalition nominated for the 2020 Social Investment Award

The Cottonwood Canyons Coalition has been selected as one of three finalists for the 2020 Utah Office of Outdoor Recreation Summit Social Investment Award  for the 2019/2020 ski-bus service increase. The Coalition is composed of the Central Wasatch Commission, Save Our Canyons, Wasatch Backcountry Alliance, Cottonwood Canyons ski resorts, and the Utah Transit Authority. This award nomination highlights the steps the coalition is taking to increase ski bussing capacity in the Cottonwood Canyons. The CWC has and will continue to play an important role in the outdoor community by working towards consensus on issues critical to the future of the Central Wasatch Mountains.
